Discount Policy:

Unless otherwise indicated, you save 15% on a case or more of wine. A case can be made of any 12 bottles of wine. You do not have to buy a case of the same label to receive a 15% discount; you can combine bottles in a "mix and match" to make a case. You can even build a case with sale items, however, the discount will only apply to the non-sale wines making up the balance of the case. In addition, wines that do not display a 15% case discount are excluded from the discount policy. The discount applies to each order – you cannot combine more than one order to qualify for the case discount.

Return Policy:

Englewood Wine Merchants will issue you a store credit for any items returned within 7 business days of your order provided the items are returned unopened and provided the labels are intact. We will not accept any wine returns after 7 business days.  If you would like to return any part of your order, please call us at 201-568-8820.  You will be responsible for properly shipping the wine to our store.

21 Years of Age:

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol from this site. Upon finalizing your sale over the web, you are certifying that you are of legal drinking age. In many states, falsifying this information is a crime.
