100% Sauvignon blanc, this wine is produced in the Carneros Region of Napa, Hyde Vineyards. It has good elevation above sea level making the soils lighter in clay with better drainage. Larry Hyde, the owner / grower grows grapes with intense flavor here, using interesting clonal selections, like the Sauvignon Musque that is used in this wine. The aromas show apricot, nectarine, honeydew melon, tangerine, lemon curd, sandalwood incense, and beeswax.
