THE REVIEW

You are going to want to write this recipe down: Get double cut lamb chops from your favorite butcher. Marinate in the refrigerator for two days in a medium-dry sherry with salt, pepper and garlic. Grill until desired. Add a bottle of the 2010 Serras del Priorat to the mix and you've got a truly memorable meal.

This Grenache and Cabernet blend will knock your socks off. As such, this 90 point score from The Wine Advocate grossly understates the wine's incredible quality.
