Aromas of lime, kiwi, peach, honeydew melon, pear, guava, crushed sea shells and meringue follow straight through to the flavors. The first taste is fresh and citrusy followed by layers of peaches and cream. There is a beautiful minerality in the finish which lingers and lingers.
