2012 Chateau la Coustarelle, Cahors

Press and Tasting Notes

Malbecs from the Cahors appellation are like no other. Full of dark, intense and ripe brambly fruit, Chateau la Coustarelle is full bodied yet soft and supple. Hints of spice frame the finish. Plenty of luscious, ripe blackberry fruit fills the palate. Pair with grilled meats, goat cheese and stews.
