Lavan comes from a tiny parcel of the Bacigalupi vineyard. Only 250 cases of the wine, which was fermented and aged in twelve French oak barrels. The wine is richly textured yet blessed with bright acidity for balance; it's also layered with lovely pear, fig, citrus, toast and mineral notes. It was not filtered or fined.
