    So what do you pair with one of the most "compelling whites made anywhere?" How about grilled swordfish or your favorite ravioli with a toasted butter and sage sauce? For sure!
    Borgo del Tiglio makes a few outstanding white blends. We tasted through the current line-up, but the one that stood out among them all was the "Collio," a blend of Tocai Friulano and Sauvignon Blanc. It is a wonderfully dry yet expressive white wine. This particular vintage of their Tocai blend boasts gorgeous aromatics. The wine offers white flower, hints of toasted almond and young pear. A dash of Sauvignon Blanc in the blend adds zest and minerality. The combination is utterly delightful.
