THE REVIEW

As a former Wine Spectator Top 100 (#7 to be precise), this benchmark Pinot Noir continues to amaze vintage after vintage despite its short supply.
With the best 25% of the Estate's Pinot going into its namesake bottling, the rest is snatched up by Ken Wright, Bergstrom, Penner-Ash and Siduri, all of whom are eager to and benefit from putting the "Shea Vineyard" designation on their labels.
Regardless of the press, Shea is among the best of the domestic Pinot Noir producers and may very well be the "Grand Cru" of the region. Shea Wine Cellars is one of the most prestigious Oregon producers placing it squarely among the elite terroirs both domestic and abroad.

Elegant flavors of dark red cherries and spice warm the palate. Moderately rich, with fine grain tannins, a satiny mouth feel and nice acidity give the wine terrific lift.
From an amazing 2013 vintage, this wine is in short supply...so don't wait until it is too late! Enjoy now and over the next 7 years.Read More »
