The Terroir de Chablis by Patrick Piuze is completely unoaked and vinified in stainless steel tanks and thus the terroir dominates with white pepper, intense minerality and puckering acidity. Like Piuze's Petite Chablis, pair this wonderful white with seafood of any kind, soft goat cheese, salads or on its own on a hot summer day.
