At 1,000 feet above sea level, the high elevation and rocky soil impart vibrancy to the wine. An excellent companion to alpine cheeses, antipasti and grilled vegetables, it is also an amazing companion to pasta with garlic and olive oil as well as grilled halibut or bronzino.
