THE REVIEW

You are going to love this crisp and captivating rosé!
We fell hard for the 2017 Diel "Rosé de Diel" when we sampled it... so hard, we ordered all that was available!
Since it has landed in our store, it has become a staple among our local customers and a bestseller.
This isn't really a surprise because winemaker, Caroline Diel, cut her teeth at Domaine de la Romanée Conti (D.R.C), and today makes world-class, Grand Cru wines.
And, though she has an impressive collection of Grand Cru whites, it was her barrel sample 2017 Rosé de Diel that captivated us and continues to charm us this summer.
100% Pinot Noir
From formal to al fresco dining, you are going to love this 100% Pinot Noir rosé.
With aromas of young peach and fresh wild berries, the palate is bone-dry and invigorating. Bracing freshness and vibrant citrus, the elegance of this Pinot Noir shows the craft of a highly talented winemaker. We gravitated to this wine for its light, buoyant freshness and solid backbone of mouthwatering fruit.
You can enjoy this outstanding rosé by itself or as an aperitif - though it is just as at home with seafood and light meat dishes.
Enjoy!
