"Sourced from average 65-year-old estate vines planted on rocky slate soils at 3,000 ft. above sea level. Vineyards are dry-farmed without use of pesticides or herbicides and then hand-harvested. Fermented in stainless steel before aging for 10 months in French oak. Aromas and flavors of rich cherry and plum, accented by mint and orange peel. Soft tannins, juicy acidity, refreshing mineral notes and a smoky finish."
