You know the story by now: I was introduced to Terre di Tufi eighteen years ago and have been a fan of this delicious white Super Tuscan ever since.
On that night, a wedge of Parmigiano cheese preceded the most incredible grilled swordfish I have ever enjoyed.
Was it the wine?
To this day, I am convinced it was!

Year after year, Terre di Tufi is among my go-to white wines for almost any occasion - especially when I'm inclined to eat more fish and salads.
A household name for locals, it is a beautiful blend of Vernaccia, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc from the hills of Tuscany, and more specifically, the famous town of San Gimignano.
