Created by a glacier, Auntsfield’s “Single Vineyard” is located in a valley surrounded by the ocean.
The coastal influence and cooling micro-climate provide a long, slow ripening period reminiscent of - but uniquely different from - a Loire Valley Sancerre.
This white is a must have for Sauvignon Blanc fans.
Loaded with gooseberry, elderflower, and freshly cut grass notes all of which intermingle with tropical fruit, lively grapefruit, and fresh herbs. Refreshing and vibrant, the layers unfold with added notes of peach core, mango, and lemon-lime zest with a dry, lingering finish.

"This Sauvignon Blanc combines the quintessential vibrancy and clarity of Marlborough with an expansive, mouth-filling texture. While classically Sauvignon with its vivid elderflower, citrus, passion fruit and nettle aromas, its enthusiasm is curbed by a proportion of wine fermented in oak. Mouthwatering acidity cleanses the palate on the balanced, medium-length finish. Incredibly youthful, this needs a little time to fully settle into its new home in bottle."
