THE REVIEW

If you thought Italian wines were great, brace yourself for the finest Italian beer we've tasted.
Nora is a delicious Belgian style Italian ale. It is one of the smoothest ales we sell and deftly balances the intensity of spice with the refreshing notes of orange peel and honey. This is not a beer for "hop heads." In fact, very little hops is used. The level of complexity in this wine (oops, we mean ale) is a must for foodies.
Incredibly versatile, Nora pairs wonderfully with smoked mozzarella, Mediterranean meats, Asian food, even spicy buffalo wings.
Like a finely tuned Maserati, everything Nora does is with purpose and style - right down to the cork and wax cap. Among the pepper and exotic spices, this silky ale throws off notes of myrrh, ginger, dried stone fruit, and orange peel all of which play nicely with the long dry finish.
We recommend two things after pulling the cork of this delicious brew: first, enjoy it on the warmer side of cold to avoid chilling out the nuance; second, enjoy this ale in a wine glass.Read More »
