French driven in style, Arnot Roberts is producing a classic Loire Valley-esque white in the Yorkville Highlands AVA of California, where it is farmed organically. 

Generally known for terroir-driven offerings, his Pinot Noir and Chardonnays are doppelgangers for Burgundy.  And this wine, his Sauvignon Blanc, could easily be mistaken for the Sancerre's most coveted regions, often described as Grand Cru. (Think Chavignol).
