Liquid Farm, "Vogelzang Vineyard" Rosé
All it takes is one glass to get hooked.
This highly addictive rosé will spike your dopamine levels and may put at risk your two glass limit. Side effects include: company that won't leave, improved humor, and unforgettable meals.
Each year, we have a waiting list for this wine. We featured it for the first time three years ago and people fought over the last few cases. The waiting list has grown.
Not only have we placed an emphasis on Liquid Farm rosé as a standout, but the New York Times and Huffington Post have featured it as a phenom among the rosé movement. Here is why: Bone-dry, fresh and lively, pomegranate aromas intermingle with notes of rhubarb with a dash of tart cherry on the finish. Wonderful minerality and earthiness - rare for rosé - make this "Pink Crack" impossible to put down.
Sourced from the Vogelzang Vineyard in Santa Barbara, this rosé is 100% single vineyard fruit - also rare for a rosé. Stunning, mouthwatering acidity frames this Mourvedre based wine, the grape of which is commonly grown in the Rhone. A mere four barrels make up this tiny production rosé, which rarely makes its way out of California.
Extremely food friendly, orders for this limited production rosé will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
