Customers can't get enough.

With the last three vintages, customers were fighting for the remaining few cases of this gorgeous New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc... and understandably so.

Auntsfield's "Single Vineyard" has, "an opulent mouthfeel" and is, "impeccably balanced, with a flush of mouthwatering acidity." Decanter

Created By A Glacier

Created by a glacier, Auntsfield's "Single Vineyard" is located in a valley surrounded by the ocean. The coastal influence and cooling micro-climate provide a long, slow ripening period reminiscent - but uniquely different from - a Loire Valley Sancerre.

As the oldest winery in New Zealand, the vines reach deep into the soil extracting exotic minerality that cannot be replicated anywhere.

What do we love about this wine?

Perfect for spring and summer, it is loaded with gooseberry, elderflower, and freshly cut grass notes all of which intermingle with tropical fruit, lively grapefruit and fresh herbs. Refreshing and vibrant, the layers unfold with added notes of peach core, mango and lemon-lime zest with a dry, lingering finish.

How do they achieve such character? Yields are kept intentionally low with only the most expressive fruit going into this cuvee.
