  1. HOT OFF THE PRESS: NY Times Features Our Pinot Noir Pick Of The Year!
    September 19, 2017

In August, we featured the 2015 Big Table Farm Pinot Noir as our Pinot Pick Of The Year.  And, hot off the press, The New York Times today released an article featuring Big Table Farm as a pioneer in Oregon's Willamette Valley!

This shouldn't be news to our readers as Big Table has received our "Pinot Pick Of The Year" for three out of the past four years and twice in just the past three vintages.  Our August feature of the...

  2. NEW RELEASE | One Shot, Only Once A Year
    September 12, 2017

This is the newly released and best ever Gaja Ca' Marcanda Magari that we have ever tasted.  This sensational Super Tuscan is from the prized 2015 vintage, a vintage which is producing fantastic wines in Tuscany and across Europe (including Bordeaux and Burgundy).

As in years past, we only get one shot at this wine each September for a very short period. So little is made, even less released. Inventory of Gaja's Magari Super Tuscan goes as quickly as...

    Made from 100% Grenache...

  4. "Cellar Selection" and Highly Collectible
    September 08, 2017

We only have a handful of cases left of this delicious wine and can't think of a better pairing than your first homemade bolognese of the season!

That's right...you may have noticed that your farmer's market has already transitioned to root vegetables and a bounty of ripe tomatoes primed for sauce.  Instead of favoring crisp rosés, we are now craving the terroir of Tuscany. Ripe cherry, fig, tobacco leaf, dried spice - the 2012 Costanti Brunello has all this and more!...

  5. While Supplies Last
    September 07, 2017

This is a tremendous value Brunello.  We have touted many 2012 Brunellos over the past few months each offering wonderful nuances of this spectacular vintage.

But this little gem offers something a little different!

Unlike many of the 2012 Brunellos which need to be aged, the 2012 Mocali Brunello can be enjoyed as your Tuesday night sipper with immediate gratification. It drinks beautifully now even though you could stash it away for another five years....
