Earthy on the nose, soft and fruity on the palate. Complements grilled meats, nutty cheeses and stews. Made at the oldest and smallest breweries in Japan, the Tomita Brewery, founded in the 1540's, now producing just over 5,000 cases of sake per year. Kinomoto, Shiga-Ken.
