Little known Champagne house Le Mesnil is a cooperative dating back to 1937.  They make Champagne exclusively from the Grand Cru village, and their Champagne offers incredible quality at a fraction of the price of the larger name brands. 

From aperitif to the main course to dessert, the versatility of this Champagne is unmatched.  

The vineyards boast a base layer of chalk, which permeates the wine and provides sensational texture to the seamless fine bubbles, well-balanced mousse, citrus notes, subtle brioche, and blanched cashews.  This "Blanc de Blancs" is 100% Chardonnay and has a  vibrant and energetic frame that offers a creamy texture and mouthwatering mineral finish that dances on the palate.
